All rental bookings processed through our assistance channels are fulfilled by third-party rental vendors (such as Hertz, Avis, Budget, etc.), each operating under their own terms, pricing structures, and policies.
By using our website or requesting assistance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other applicable documents.

Services are offered on a best-effort basis. Final rental approval, pricing, availability, and policies are controlled solely by the respective rental provider.
USARentalCompare does not control vehicle availability, pricing, taxes, surcharges, vendor fees, or insurance requirements. Any information shown on the website is subject to change by the rental provider without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but do not guarantee that all details are fully up-to-date, error-free, or reflective of real-time vendor availability.
All payments for car rentals are processed directly by the rental vendor or affiliated payment processors. USARentalCompare does not charge rental fees or collect payments on behalf of any vendor.
Service fees (if applied) for support or convenience will be clearly disclosed before completion and are separate from the rental vendor's charges.
Users agree to:
Any rental disagreements, charges, or disputes between you and the rental vendor must be resolved directly with that vendor.
All cancellations or modification requests are governed by the rental vendor’s policies. Some vendors may allow free cancellation, while others may charge fees or offer no refund.
USARentalCompare assists with submitting your request but cannot guarantee approval or refund outcomes.
If a customer does not arrive at the scheduled pickup time without cancellation, the vendor may treat the reservation as a “no-show” and apply full charges according to their rules. USARentalCompare has no control over no-show penalties.
