Our platform provides rental assistance and reservation support; however, all rental-related policies—including cancellations, refunds, and modifications—are determined solely by the respective car rental provider.
USARentalCompare is an independent rental assistance platform. We do not own, manage, or control any rental vehicle inventory. All bookings made through our assistance channels are fulfilled by third-party rental companies, each with their own cancellation and refund rules.
Customers are strongly encouraged to review the rental provider’s official terms and conditions before finalizing a reservation, cancellation, or modification request.

USARentalCompare does not issue refunds directly, as all payments and deposits are handled by the rental vendor or payment processors associated with your reservation.
If the customer fails to arrive at the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation:
USARentalCompare may charge a service or convenience fee for booking assistance, modification support, or premium customer support. Any such fee will be clearly disclosed before completion of your request.
Service fees charged by USARentalCompare are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our end.
Refund timelines depend on the rental vendor and payment processor. Typically:
USARentalCompare cannot expedite bank or vendor timelines but will assist with follow-ups upon request.
